Our Story
Hart's Saloon is Hebron's destination on the road to Lake Geneva. We serve riders, locals, and anyone who wants a real stop: ice cold beer, premium cocktails, and wood-fired pizza from dough mixed in-house daily. Jack Daniels is on tap, Bloody Marys are legendary, and the bar is always open to new faces.
Brick Oven Pizza
All of our dough is made in house from scratch. Pizzas are 10″ and meant to feed one person. Fired at 800° for that perfect char — everything here has gluten in it. Even the air.
Jack On Tap
The soup of the day is Jack Daniels, and it's on tap. Plus a full bar, ice cold beer on draft, and the best Bloody Mary around. Water is expensive — drink beer.
